Where have I been?
Man, I tell you..it has been a journey for the last 3 to 4 months. Seriously, I’ve been head down in code for the past few months. Working extreme amounts of hours. Building some pretty cool apps. Enjoying golf (maybe too much but it’s all good). :-)
KM has done a good number of projects that I, unfortunately, can’t speak on due to NDA. They are some pretty sweet apps though. There are some I can speak on though. Our corporate site is wayyyyyyy behind on updates. We’ll get the portfolio updated there soon.
Lately I’ve been doing a lot of C#/ASP.NET. It is a new turn for KM to have more ASP.NET than CF projects but I’ve welcomed the work gladly. We also have multiple Flex projects and even had an Apollo app but it was put on hold briefly. Apollo is amazing even in infancy. Look for more posts about Apollo as I dig into it.
I finally got back into writing. Adobe put an annoucement to the Apollo beta testers requesting articles. I’ve written a few for CFDJ/MXDJ and have been jonesing for more writing so I jumped on it. My article will show up on Adobe Labs here soon (will post it here once it is up).
FMUG.az is back in swing. With my workload I wasn’t being a good manager. I’ve changed the site (http://www.gotoandstop.org) and have started posting more to that blog and the mailing list.
Well, that’s enough recap for now. I need to get back into Flex Builder and knock out this project. See you guys l8r!
